I am not sure about a 3rd party. Maybe, but one of the possible 3rd party roles ended up being town (LTD) and we probably don't have a poisoner, otherwise there would've been two deaths tonight. Unless the poisoner is just sitting on their ability/waited until last night to do it. And if there were three scum, we'd have already lost. So pretty sure it's 2 scum. Could have a 3rd party but I lean towards no.

Ok. Preliminarily, what I know;

Town-

Pod, by virtue of Ebonhawks verification.

Myself, by virtue of my knowing my own role. The rest of town should be viewing me with suspicion.

So that leaves me with a pool of four people vying for my vote;

Matt; has looked to be actively scumhunting to me. Early on the bertie train, but I think for all the right reasons. Cant rule him out but lowest on my list of possibles.

Jabba; hammered Clon, but given the circumstances that was the town play. Interaction at top of d2 with ebon warrants further inspection. Was that a failed/aborted push on a player scum thought could be a cop? Ebon dropped more than a few crumbs. No d2 vote, although the hammer came fast, so I don’t know if an adverse inference can be drawn.

CV; hasnt said much of substance, just sort of jumped on the bertie train. Didnt give any reasoning. Opportunistic?

Caldias; as I’ve remarked, had a strange push(ish) interaction with Ebon/Pod in early D2, although he says he wasn’t 100% on him being the cop yet. Maybe he wasnt, maybe he didnt want to waste a night kill. D1 vote on Clon late in the voting, probably last chance to contribute before he went to sleep based on timestamp, so like Jabba while the results were bad its still the town play to make that vote.

I’ll do another read through and see what I see.

But the case on Bertie was as stated by multiple sources. He contradicted himself, he called for a no vote, etc. If you didn’t see it, you weren’t paying attention, and you shouldn’t have hammered. Its a waste of my time now to build a case on someone who at this point is a confirmed townie, I’ll spend my time instead hunting scum for today.

Sure, I claim town.

Pretty sure if we ask for faction claims we'll find that we have six town players and all of this is an honest misunderstanding.

For me, only confirmed town is Pod with Matt being pretty townish. It's fortunate Ebon cleared Pod, because given the early hammer before Bertie could respond I would be voting Pod had he not been confirmed town.

Mads helped stoke the vote toward Bertie, which could've been a scum move, although his reasoning was sound. But his reasoning is always sound regardless of faction. Still 50/50 for me

Jabba is now 50/50 for me. I don't see his pushing Ebon as a scum move per se, as I am guilty of that as well, but he also didn't do much other than defend himself against Ebon. I didn't see much in the way of reads from him. He did helpfully explain to CV why he was drawing suspicion.

CV is my top suspect. I will ignore his long absences and say his vote on Bertie was just to follow whatever train was forming, which is a scum move. He also reacted pretty strongly to me naming him a suspect. He most definitely could be town, but he hasn't been playing like town IMO
