Looking for clarification on using C3PO in 2.0.
In 2.0 you have to guess/call out how many evades as it was in 1.0.
Is it still the same as 1.0 were you can call out "0" OR does it have to be "1" or more.

Read the card, Luke.
your answer is LITERALLY printed on the card.
In case you don't want to go look it up the wording is " Before rolling defense dice, you may spend 1 calculate token to guess aloud a number 1 or higher." So no, you can not guess zero.
And in case you want instant visual reference...!
As others have pointed out, there are a lot of subtle changes between First and Second edition... most of which can be answered with a close reading of the card and/or rules. Often, we assume something is staying the same, when there's a different interpretation in the new version. That's why it's best to take Yoda's advice...
Also of some note is that you must spend a calculate in order to guess, instead of "once per round". This means you can guess on multiple defense rolls as long as you have a calculate token to spare.

Leebo

Is a perfect example, but even C-3PO alone gets two calc tokens, which means he can still guess twice

On two separate attacks of course.

Or more, with Leebo. I know I pulled that on opponents a few times... they were not pleased with the idea of me being able to Threepio every single defense roll.

Throw Agile Gunner on so you can change your turret in the end phase and then still have your calculates. Twin it with Lightning Reflexes, regen Luke and it becomes a very tanky list

(do you mean Supernatural Reflexes?)
I've been using Han Gunner + Roark Garnet, so I can double-tap a 4-dice attack at Init 7!

I did. Couldn't remember the name of the upgrade so decided to take a guess
Is it possible to modify the green dice or the check of the results happens before the modify step using c-3po?
Thanks a lot!

Threepio resolves immediately after the dice are rolled and before any other modifications can happen.

I believe this, but can you source that somehow? I've got people I know arguing this (smh).

Here is Threepio:
His ability is an if-then condition with a specific trigger (rolling exactly the guessed number of [evade] results). The moment you fulfill the trigger, you gain the result (an added [evade] result). Note that this means that Threepio's bonus evade can be juked, as the attacker modifies defense dice after the result has been added, though this is effectively a meaningless distinction (there is another evade result that could have been juked anyway).
Also, changing a result to an [evade] result is not the same thing as rolling an evade, so even if for some reason Threepio didn't resolve immediately after the roll, you couldn't trigger his ability with modified results. His ability only cares about the initial roll.
Excellent response with definable logic. Thank you.
