Pretty loose.
I try and flank with kullbee, ram jake up the middle of the enemy ships, have Cassian try and come a bit off center and vector in on the other side then kullbee, ideally straight at a big rock or debris to hide behind and trick shot then pivot 90 staying close to the rock. Blount stays close to Cassian. Usually between Jake and kullbee diving in I can get blounts ability to trigger.
You don't want Blount to be to exposed or obvious a target, Jake is there to drop his missile and get shot at as much as possible. Once the missile is gone Blount is doing more damage then Jake but much more fragile. Kullbee is also just trying to flank around the backside constantly, but most of the lists damage tends to come from Cassian and Blount as the other 2 tend to get focus and have to spend more time and actions being slippery.
I like Lando on a u-wing, it can make use of either token and getting the double is huge, I generally only use Lando when I think Cassian will be shot at and can make use of an evade token if he rolls that or blanks. If he is not going to be shot at a target lock or focus is better.
I usually end up making Liberal use of coordinat it's very useful at helping Jake get to where he needs to go for his rockets.
