Alino is the name of the protagonist of the novel I started work on nearly 5 years ago. Speaking of which, the fourth (and final) draft is nearly complete. Pretty excited about that.
What’s your user name origin story?
I-It's my name...

I don't want a Kyle Katarn movie. Dark Forces and Rebel Assault are what got me into Star Wars- apart from V and half of VI, I never though of them as being particularly great films.
With that in mind I don't want Disney messing around with a character that's important to my childhood.
Though I suppose that I could always not watch it so it's all the same in the end.

My name is Gerben.
it is a combination of the germanic root words Ger and Ben, meaning spear ( javelin) and Bear.
Essen is wood made from es, or Ash in English. it is usefull for making tool handles and spears. it is part of my last name.
so I mashed together a part of my first and last name.

Back in the 1990s when my family first got AOL and the Internet, my younger brother happened to be the one who assigned me an email address. He would always try to annoy me by calling me "Albertese" (pronounced like "Japanese" but substituting Albert for Japan -- my name is actually Alex). I'm sure he assumed I'd change it, but I didn't, out of spite. It's stuck with me on my Internet adventures ever since.

Congratulations! That’s a huge accomplishment. Are you finding a way to publish it?

Yes. I am going to start looking into various agents after i finish the fourth draft (While working on final edits) and once the final editing is done, I will begin actually contacting the agents.
My last name is “Poole”. Someone called me Pooleman like 20 years ago and it stuck.
I've used Gridloc for MMOs and narrative characters (mostly orks) in tabletop games for years. Really just liked the way it sounded. pretty lame, I know.
I like single malt scotch, with Talisker being my favorite, and 55 was my football number.
Mine is from an old D & D fantasy setting called Birthright. Still one of my favorite settings of the TSR era.
The voice actors for Thundecats messing up their lines, posted to the internet.
My name comes from my military MOS, 13B artillery. It is a nickname for artillery crewmen.

Nice! Could’ve also used “King of Battle”, too!
My name came from Darth Vader of coarse. when I was really young Family just started too call me bubba and it kind of stuck. so that’s my story and by the way my name is Piersen.?
My first username in an online forum was 2Face. It was for a superhero game, so I wanted something thematic. Two Face is my favorite comic character. Two Face was taken, so I went with 2Face, which looks better anyway. Since it was my first username, I try to keep always use 2Face, but it is often unavailable. When I created my FFG account, I added Darth since 2Face was taken and the Darth reinforced the Star Wars theme.
I have a degree in (and now teach) Medieval literature. Sir Gawain and the Green Knight has long been one of my favourites!

That's very cool. While I do not have a degree, I have organized and talked in medieval seminars with hands-on medieval replicas at schools, clubs, and colleges. And that literature is great! Going from literature to film, I love the Sean Connery adaptation of 'Sword of the Valiant'.
