I was looking forward to reading the new info on scenarios and Ancient Ones, does anyone know if this week was skipped or something?
Did this week’s preview get delayed?
I wanted to learn more about the codex.

Yes. Or no. Either way, there seems to be no new news. (Is that redundant?) The game (according to the Upcoming page) is Shipping and should be released next week. This Friday (and Saturday) is Arkham Nights, and they will be demoing it there. They often put up the rules in advance of the game, so maybe that's this week?
I'm guessing the game possibly arrived earlier than expected (it did seem like a shorter than average time between "On the Boat" and "Shipping Now"), so they decided to postpone the final preview until release day, along with the rulebook.
