Example, a Firespray is jousting 2 Tie fighters. The Firespray is at range 0 of the first Tie and Range 1 of the second. Both Ties are in range 1 of the other. If the firespray fires a cluster missile at the Tie at range 1, the cluster missile card states the firespray can make another attack at an enemy at range 0-1. Does the specific rule on the cluster missile card take precedence over the general rule that you cant attack ships at range zero? What is the second Tie is out of my firing ARC but still at range 1 of the original target?
My gut is you still have to meet all of the requirements (except lock or focus due the card stating it ignores it) for an attack regarding range (can't shoot at range 0) and must be in Arc.
