Hi all! A question regarding the grand inquisitor ability: since it allows him to add the range 1 bonus at attack range 2-3 to an attack, does this bonus applies to secondary weapons aswell?

Per rulesreference book, secondary weapons normally do not take range bonus, but as per Golden rule:
" If the ability of a card conflicts with the rules in this guide, the card ability takes precedence"

Therefore i believe it is possibile.

Specifically, referring to this bit: "Q: When attacking with a weapon with the ordnance icon (such as Proton Rockets) or defending against an attack with the ordnance icon, can Grand Inquisitor [TIE/Advanced v1] apply the range bonus? A: No."

It's worth noting, however, that this only applies to weapons with the ordnance icon. Were he able to equip a secondary weapon without that icon, he'd be able to add the longer-range range bonus. Currently, he cannot (since his only weapon hardpoint is missiles), but they've left the possibility open for the future.
