Just a check here: decloak is a boost or barrel roll. Therefore collision detector allows you to decloak over obstacles. Am I correct?

Yup, decloak is considered a boost/roll without counting as an action (so you can still roll/boost later).

Therefore its legal.

Had Daredevil not specifically called out the boost ACTION you could technically daredevil a decloak lol....man i wish that was a thing
