I'm expecting Toshimoko in the Crane Clan Pack, with a new Stronghold built around dueling, honestly. Kuwanon is more likely to be the 4 coster in CotE, probably with a Military focus around attacking alone, like an upgraded Brash Samurai or Cautious Scout.

Toshimoko has had more written about him than Yakamo, about the same as Hitomi , and those two are both coming up in Children of the Empire. We already have the 5-cost Kakita daimyo, despite what some people think about him personally. In some ways, Kuwanan is the opposite of Hotaru and I can imagine him being set up (by the writers) as an alternate to rally round, thus being a 5-cost.
We'll see.
I suspect that the Crane 4-cost will be Daidoji Uji, although my only proof to support that is that the guy is the first Crane Minicrate model , so it would seem odd to not introduce him more properly before that comes out.

Problably, hitomi was the mirumoto daimyo and now she is a hatamoto. Do we know somethig about Yakamo being the son of Kisada?

Yakamo and his siblings are all called out as Kisada's children during the intro Crab fiction.

It kinda of baffles me that they'll print 1/3 stats for Scorpion two costs (another one) but I suppose their Dynasty is supposedly bad, right? Then again, I just personally think 1/3 is the best statline for any two costs, one edge allows you to freely poke and the other allows you to threaten break on an undefended province.

Uhm, I'm sure that answer previously existed in For Shame (albeit some work) but especially with Fate Worse Than Death. But sure, I guess you meant an out of conflict bow. Waiting for a Scorpion attachment removal, as Call in Favours is pretty lame to use on Cloud The Mind.
Honestly, Cloud the Mind seems like a better answer than Kirei-Ko when thinking the gauntlet of things I'd rather stop than allow happen and bow re-actively. Other than Mitsu blocking a sacred sanctuary.
If it's not January, is it March? I believe there was mention that FFG February release were less likely because of the manufacturers?

Because it opens up the board to gain the edge in the conflict phase. You bow the guy they might have used later in the turn. And you can run For Shame! as well.

The only issue with February releases is that most of the Chinese manufacturers shut down for a good chunk of the month for New Years. As long as production is wrapped up before mid-January it shouldn't effect release. However, based on how last minute this announcement and the normal lead times for manufacturing I would expect this delay is more on the shipping end than manufacturing side.
Regarding the Release Date of Children of the Empire, we only know that it has been delayed until after January. As @Schmoozies points out above, this appears to be a shipping issue and not manufacturing. Ironically, this might actually be a result of our current governmental shut down here, stateside. While the Customs and Border Patrol does not shut down entirely during an event like this, my research into the situation has revealed that their customer service center DOES go on furlough, as does the Consumer Product Safety Commission. In the case of the latter, anything behind held up for inspection is SUPPOSED to simply be released, but as anyone who has dealt with supply chain logistics within governments can tell you, Murphy is the only consultant who never takes a day off.
Yasuki Procurer feels a lot like Meishodo Wielder to me. A 2-fate 2/2 is a moderately useful body, but not for that cost. If you can get the discount, worth the buy. Probably easier to trigger the discount on, though? The dishonor hurts a little bit, but I think most people would pay an honor for 1 extra fate. Not sure if I'll end up playing him in my Crab decks, but respect for a courtier with 2 military

The fact that he in theory can be used for Dynasty characters (assuming you are comfortable conceding the passing fate) I feel makes it more valuable.
In any other Clan, he's meh. You have to understand that this is the first 2/2 Dynasty Crab character with a greater than 3 stat sum that doesn't have a restriction (like the yojimbo). Coupled with the rare courtier trait and zero glory, it's something to consider. that probably says more about Crab side dynasty than anything. At this point, the ability is just icing.
