Rules limit you to 1 bonus attack per round

So no only twice

As @Innese stated, a ship may only perform 1 bonus attack per round. As both Ezra Gunner and the Various Attack Shuttle pilots specifically call out performing a bonus attack, you can only use one of them, in a given turn.

Also worth noting that any attack outside of your the standard attack allowed by a ship is a bonus attack, it's hidden away in the ship specific FAQ section but it's good to keep in mind:

Q: Is Han Solo [Rebel, ?]’s additional attack a bonus attack? A: Yes. Anything that permits an attack outside of the standard attack allowed to a ship when it engages is a bonus attack.
