I'm not sure what to do with Kir Kanos, to be honest. His ability was kind of awful and never really made sense. You could make it "whilst you are evading" instead of "spend your evade token", but that might be a bit too powerful.

Supernatural Reflexes on an Interceptor would be insane, SNR Barrel roll-> Red Boost, then Blue move to clear stress then focus or evade as your action. Force Interceptors would be great, which is also why I think the Kylo Silencer is going to be crazy expensive.

I am not meaning all sensitive pilots should have energy to use their ability, just could be another way to implement an ability without it being OP.

I always thought Kir's ability was awesome, as adding one hit to a natural was going to (on average) deal more damage than focusing. 2.5 hits average vs 2.25 hits iirc. The problem was that Kir was sitting in a first edition interceptor without being able to take PTL.

One thing that the 'new' structure of pilot cards does is allow for multiple versions of the same pilot (obviously not simultaneously!) - so Luke Skywalker: Red Five and Luke Skywalker: Rogue Leader and so on. Whilst I can't imagine FFG putting much drive behind re-releasing non-canon stuff, Maarek Stele: Delta One in a defender, for example, would be cool.

I dunno. They didn't really replace most of the old EU pilots. Still Rexler Brath, still Kyle Katarn, and so forth. Jan Ors crew became Jyn Erso, but not the pilot.

Fel's Wrath: When you are destroyed, you may choose any number of enemy ships in your fire arc at range 0-3 and instantly destroy them too. This is a compensation for having held the shittiest ability of X-Wing 1.0 for several years. Once you have used this ability, shred this pilot card to pieces, and exhale profoundly, in relief.
