Upsilon looks really bad to me, unless it's wicked under-costed. If the new Upsilon costs the same as the 1e Upsilon did, it'll be DOA. We've seen a picture of the dial. It's the same as 1e. Folks learned then that the lack of K-Turn really hurt it, as did the high price. 4-dice can be impressive, while you have arc. But Upsilons have no tools for getting rid of a ship behind them. And if they're not under-priced, you won't have enough of a squad around them to make up for that.
At least now we know how Snoke was betrayed. He could see Rey's dial, but not Kylo's because he his ability is only enemies.
Upsilon seems like a solid backbone ship to a squad that needs action econ. In fact, the upsilon seems like it's the ultimate support ship, but it also seems like it may do TOO much and be too expensive.
All in all, I'm getting the fanatical feel of the First Order faction. It's like these guys are Galactic Cival War reenactors who are just WAAAAY too into it.

I mean, Kylo did go on eBay to pick up that authentic Vader helmet from Ewokdrummer55 and even paid to get it shipped from Endor. That's dedication to the craft you have to admire.
Petty Officer Thanisson, Phasma and Snoke crew cards look interesting. First Order with the stress mechanic.
