Can calculate token be used as requisite for special attacks that require a focus?

No

A Calculate token does a lot of the same things that a Focus token does, but it's not the same thing... and as such, it can't be spent like one. Likewise, you can't spend a Focus token for an ability that specifically calls for a Calculate token (like C-3PO ).
