I have been playing with 2 of them in different lists.
I chuckle with glee anytime I realize I can pull an absurd stunt by throwing one of my own ships around before it activates. Using one Quadjumper to throw another one closer to a ship it previously could not reach is a joy.
why do they have to nerf it? why can't they make the other ships more useful so we want to fly them? Look at all the Scum ships and which ones do you actually see flown?

Fangs of all pretty much all flavor (except Joy & Kad) are amazing.
Escape craft is an entirely underrated darling.
Once people start to understand how to fly Scum Han he's going to be a cheap tank. Same with cheap falcons - they will be new bumpmaster. SO CHEAP!
4Lom is an amazing pilot if you know what you are doing.
A fleet of kimos and some support are going to wreck some face in tournaments. Just wait for that to catchup.
Drea Y-wing and Z + Tugg swarm are going to be a nightmare for a number of lists.

This is great! I"ve been flying the escape craft since it came out and have a hard time not putting it in a list (just like all my rebel lists love a Sheathapede for extra actions)
L337 with tactical advisor or whatever he's called.
But still, why do they have to nerf the quadjumper. leave it alone, it does what its supposed to do and is a quality buy. Let's raise the bar for the other ships in the faction.
There are so many "decent" ships in the scum faction but like the rebels they have 1 agility and even with varied approaches, seem to die before they really get going.

Joy seems a tad expensive until we see some cheap torpedos, but isn't Kad's ability pretty decent? He's only four points over a Skull, and getting offensive and defensive mods after a tallon roll or koiogran seems fine by me. Old Teroch is probably slightly undercosted though, and will probably be chosen over any of the I4 ones.
I used to think that until seeing them in play for 20 or so 2.0 games. Fangs aren't overcosted in expanded. They melt in a game of where crits now dominate often on a ship with modification slots and no shields. Crackshot is still a thing. Defenders utterly destroy them, Expert Handling Kavil in a Y-wing laughs at their Concordia. Sloane Swarms annihilate their advantages,
If anything, in expanded edition they're overcosted with the exception of Rau by one point. But even in second edition proper, X-wings can roll in with closed s-foils and blast torpedoes with essentially full mods. (Looking at a certain Skywalker.)
They're about right overall. Give them a mod slot, raise them by 1, something like that.

I have been thinking of putting on cybernetics onto my runners, just to do a reverse move and tractor, janky **** like that that people dont expect.
