I think I want to make a squad of scout troopers with alien heads, paint them in non-standard colors, and use them as a squad of bounty hunters. Any suggestions for where to get heads? I do not use a 3D printer.

So far Skull forge and 4 A Duel are the only ones I've run across. They produce conversion bits through shapeway. Their 3d printed but they print them for you. I got some imperial officer heads and they worked well for me.

Mel's miniatures on shapeways have a set as well.

If you want non-3d printed, gadzooks gaming sells a few different sets of resin-cast heads.

Mel Miniatures has alien heads. He has a mixed set at a really nice price for the quantity. I contacted Mel through his Shapeways shop for a custom set so that I didnt have a bunch of un-used heads left over and within an hour or so he filled my request for a custom set of 14. (two full squads )

Skull Forge Studios offers heads as well. There are some Rogue One sculpts and some Clone Wars Era clones sculpts. He offers a series of weapons also on his Shapeways store.

4 A Duel Table Top has the largest selection of heads with the largest variety of options.

I did a set of custom Fleet Troopers that can be seen on my thread. I originally intended doing a set of alien heads for the Empire as well for the Scout Troopers ,but, I have decided to just keep them as bucket heads. I will just mix them, along with my un-used Fleet Trooper heads into my Core Set Rebels and one of my Rebel Commando squads. Hopefully we will see Hoth gear troops announced eventually.
