I’m undecided because for the life of me I can’t figure out what people are basing their votes on.
I’m trying imagine if I was scum what the heck I’d be doing differently from everyone else. Can scum chat in this set up? They don’t know each other’s identity, so I guess not...
So that means they can’t coordinate. That they’re in the dark as much as we are. At least when they can coordinate some clues begin to emerge. With this it’s just going to luck... or the lack thereof.
Yeah, clearly, I’m at a loss.

LP — what, in this case or any other, would be a scumtell?

GNIPs is concerned that because my action had the potential to be harmful to Town it may (in the emptiness of D1) be Scummy.
I maintain that it wasn’t because of the reasons I’ve previously given. Staying silent and then trying to just vote quickly based on a single instant rationale (Hi Vis!) can be seen as Scummy - although by definition not all scum-ish actions are committed by Scum.
Hope that helps.

Agents know who the saboteur is. That's about it.
Matt trying so hard to protect LP looks suspicious to me because you don't know who anyone is, unless Matt is an agent and LP is saboteur. If LP is town, I will have a hard time guessing on Day 2. But I think LP is scum, more likely than not.
I'm defending LP because all the reason you think hes scum I've done as well that's a slippery slope to me getting mislynched.
Also I do agree with the vis analysis but I don't like that gnips started the first train that's why I'm staying for now.
@clontroper5 . Just an idea I had to get some early town reads together. The aim of the game is to earn your seat at the table then keep it. Anyone without a seat will be in my lunch pool...
Could be tempted to sheep the Vis wagon today.. Eh what the hey

Right. Agreed.
In other words either action could be scummy or not.
“The emptiness of D1” — that’s so well put. And so captures my frustration bc other than slightly narrowed down options, I’m not sure how there won’t also be an “Emptiness of D2”
On what will we base our decisions... other than more random conjecture?

Yes! This.
Or not.
Hey all, catching up. I admit I haven't been super active, will be more attentive now that I'm through the morning. LP looked like a good vote for me, but now I'm hesitating. His point about quiet scum just jumping on a vote is a valid one. Vis is looking like a decent place to vote but I'd like to hear from him before a train forms.
LP’s recklessnesses in giving up his vote is the only thing that comes close to any kind of logic-vector to scummy to me at this point.
It seems like the only person who has nothing to lose in giving up his vote is the saboteur.... or if he knows he’s giving it to the saboteur. That’s a win-win for scum.
Could it be as LP says? Absolutely. But it’s still reckless. If he’s not the saboteur or aligned with him, then he has a 1 in 3 chance of giving his vote to them. Also, I’m detecting a slight off-ness to LP’s usual helpful, good guy vibes. My imagination? Probably. Maybe.
Still...
This is the best I can come up with at the moment, so...

{A question has arisen as to what happens if we don't reach lynch before the timer runs out... there being no night phase, there is no real consequence as the rules stand at the moment. As a result, I hereby rule that if no result is reached before end of time, a RANDOM player will be eliminated by the modified astromech. Please don't make me roll dice!}
Edited by LTDAhh, we need 6
I suppose mis lynching is not bad right now since there won't be murders, plus If I understand correctly we only need to lynch the 1 saboteur or whatever he is...
This encourages me vote for @Lord Preyer , any rebuttal?
Although on the other hand there are several people actively trying not to vote for the saboteur so maybe they are on the lp train?
But even then there is a decent chance LP is a bad guy and we could potentially get rid of one of those anti-votes...
I would like to hear a defense from @Visovics . I am not voting for him yet, but considering it.
Matts point about gnips seems valid, perhaps I will join them for now...Hmmm choices why choices...
@LTD — the vote count stretches way off my iPhone screen (if that helps in your formatting figuring-out)
also, you missed my ##vote LP
Yeah, I just added in your vote.
I will try to reformat it for the phone reliant. I'm about to go play my Spring Tournament game, so won't be around for a few hours.
We really need to get six votes on someone before the timer is up though. Town cannot afford a random death.
