l have just bought the Dunwich expasion & it has 7 Replacement Arkham Horror Cards, which l already have in the 2nd printing of the game.
Do people add these cards in with the rest of the game or do you leave them out as they are already included.

The intention is to leave them out (and I do).
But I see Arkham as a highly customizable game so if you WANT to increase the probability of drawing lanterns and healing stones then I don't see a problem with that.
You're supposed to replace them ;'D FFG definitely did not intend to give you *another* Healing Stone ;'D wouldn't that be nice.
Mine are in. 8x Flesh Ward FTW
! As for 2 Healing Stones, let's just say haven't seen both in a game in 97 outings since adding DH. And since I shop as soon as an investigator can scrounge up $5, even if I draw a HS, most likely won't be able to buy it.

::Facepalm::
Two Healing Stones, and one is technically broken? No problem. A fifth Elder Sign because of Kingsport? MAYHEM

Wow, HS is technically broken
? Don't remember reading about that. HS is nice, though I'd label it "okay" at best when it comes to the UIs. $8 sticker price is steep when one shops with $5. Getting one during setup feels nice, but ultimately doesn't help that much in getting down 6 seals since unconsciousness/insanity aren't that common to begin with and with Injury/Madness are less severe than the lose 1/2 your stuff. Elder Sign is 1/6 toward the win and -1 doomer, double-tap on the GOO.
O_o... Dam's avatar is still changed. Add three doom tokens to the doom track!
The original Healing Stone, Dam. The one that does not say "discard when the AO awakens." Michael, Harvey, Carolyn, and Vincent can't automatically win a final combat against Yig, Hastur, or Ithaqua using a fifth Elder Sign!
That's for only those grizzled veterans like Avi and you who have the Ancient version of the base game
. Us n00bs with Revised edition and normal HS have never had problems with it.
Actually, the wording on the Dunwich and the Revised HS are ever so slightly different. Is that due to a change in the rules from the first printing to the revised edition?
l just checked & you are right, in the 2nd Edition printing the Upkeep says to Exhaust to gain 1 Stamina or 1 Sanity, in Dunwich the Upkeep does not mention Exhaust but you may gain 1 Stamina or 1 Sanity.
Which one of these cards is the correct one.

It's supposed to be exhausted; otherwise you could use it unlimited times in one Upkeep (what is stopping you from multiple uses?). But the important clause is that is has to be discarded when the AO awakens.
Wow, guess it just goes to show how rarely HS comes up even with 2 in the UI deck. Hadn't honestly noted one of them didn't have exhaust in the text. Been playing both automatically as exhaust.
