By best, do you mean most enjoyable or most one-sided victory?

most enjoyable
scum vs imperial aces. i have boba/tactician/engine and IG-88B/HLC/Adv.sensors
He has soontir/full mods, Lambda and another ace was a Defender I think. He is a top player and im not liking me chances from the start. She traded shots and he turtles with Soontir triggering PTL. I line up Boba rear arc range 2 and stress double soontir. Next turn he gets no mods and I get a clear shot on him with IG-88 and destroy him! I go on to lose Boba and this game, but it was close. I made a tactical error and opt to not sloop at the edge (fearful I will fly off the board... turns out I would have made it safely... we both checked after I diced on my actual move). Still a satisfying kill on one of the hardest to kill pilots at the time flown by a top player.
Best game I’ve ever played...?
X-Wing, obviously.
Recency bias, perhaps, but I have one. A game I lost even.
Game is Sloan’s swarm, Lambda three academies Del and Howl, versus my Palob, Guri, and ion Dengar Y. League game with incentive to use the Couruscant card, so I use Boba to place Palob at 45° and just beyond range 3 offset slightly towards the middle of the board of the swarm (he placed in a corner), Y-wing facing as if to joust, and Guri on the opposite corner. Plan was move Palob and use him to draw the swarm through the rocks, bring the Y up the edge to ion once in the rocks, and flank with Guri.
It didn’t go like that.
He managed to get all five TIEs into range, the back row by literally less than a millimeter, and Palob drops without even doing a single damage. Never even got my prox mine off. The Y manages to plink one TIE and do two damage to the Lambda before dying. By this time Guri has engaged at range 3, and the TIEs are in the rock cluster, and already had to break formation a bit. However it was grim.
Well after botching the opening, I managed to pull it together with Guri. With that many ships dodging everything is nigh impossible, but I kept pushing damage through, and limiting shots. Lambda dead. Then Del. Howlrunner on fire. Academies doing ally they can but one dies, the others limping along.
In the end they finally got Guri, when I ended at range one of an Academy with one hull, I have focus calculate, and I proceed to blank both the attack and defense roll. Had I killed the tie, it was only a one hull Howl, who would have no way to get shots the next turn, and a one hull academy. I didn’t win, but did manage to come back and nearly solo a list with Guri. Get one damage through there was all I needed. With three hull left I would have been feeling good at that point.
oh well.
Had I not given away the Y and Palob for so little, that game is a win.
Also Boba crew is a trap.

Chrono Trigger.
I am not sure it is The best, but I recently played a jonus/scimitar/vinder/ aggressor list against my friend guri / 4 lom/Palob.
It was Excellent because until the final shot, no one was able to tell who will win . I loved the feeling that even a good move could be a bad idea later in the game
My favorite was a game of epic which ended in Ben "Kylo" Swolo soloing A bunch of x-wings (around 4), rebel transport and an e-wing. It was super dumb but i felt like a freaking god of x-wing.
Store champs and I had Swarm Leader backdraft, Inquisitor, Vessery vs VI Vader, VI Quickdraw, VI Backdraft.
Im out PS'd by all three and can easily lose a ship before it fires.
Well, my opponent underestimated backdraft + swarm leader (as many did that day, 4-1). I just 3 banked backdraft over his ships, and did about three 1 striaght moves in a row with backdraft tossing 3 or 4 fully modded red dice + 1 crit with backdrafts ability. His ships crumbled and I win 100-0.
I enjoyed it immensely cuz this same player barely beat me a year before at regionals keeping me from top8.
Revenge is a dish best served cold ?

I had an insane tournament game where I played my 6 TIE swarm against Dengaroo, and I almost one. I kill Manaroo and got Dengar down to 1 hull. I had two full HP TIES left but I just couldn't get the hits to finish him before he nuked them both.
Edited by Sir OrrinJust 2 days ago on a tournament against a teammate. Me: Token Thiefs (Palob, Teroch, Laetin, Unkar). Him: Triple X (Luke, Thane, Wedge).
He gives initiative to me. After 45 minutes and a few hot maneuvers, all but Luke and Teroch are killed off, both are at 4 hull. The other 30mins were a really intense dance between the two, landing some shots here and there. Time is called and both of them are staring down each other for one final shootout, both have only one hull left. Teroch shoots - Luke dies. Luke shoots back - Teroch dies. Final Salvo! We do the math and both of us have 9 dice to roll. We let a one of the crowd that gathered around the table do a countdon, then roll at the same time. He wins by having 5 hits against my 3. Doesn't get more even than that. Seriously: Best, most intense game I ever played!
Edited by MarevFinals of a Store kit tournament, back in like 2016. I was playing super Dash and my opponent only had Soontir remaining at full health, but as everyone knows that matchup is pretty much unwinnable for Dash. At one point he decided to spend his only focus token to convert 3 hits instead of 1 to try and kill my 2 hull Dash, but I survive with 1 Hull. He felt safe spending the focus token as he had an evade and auothrusters and stealth device still active, and I had to spend my focus token to live. I proceed to roll 4 natural hits, and Soontir rolls 4 eyeballs and explodes. It was so glorious.
Round 4 of the Columbus System Open at Origins this past June. I was flying Kylo, Quickdraw (VI + primed thruster version, not adaptability), and a naked Countdown against a standard Eide Aces list. I messed up the engagement, and Kylo spent the title and was on 1 Hull. To make matters worst, the following round, Countdown's intentional aileron bumped failed, and having overshot, flew off the board. It was just Quickdraw, and 1hp Kylo versus full health Coran, full heath Fenn, and a shieldless lowhrick. From then on it was perfect range control, arc-dodging, and slow picking to eat away the Wookie, Fenn, and then Corran. When the game ended, I was literally on the verge of fainting (or blacking out )
