Can Luke use the force and Supernatural Reflexes to barrel roll when he is ionised?
I can’t find anything to say he can’t, not sure if I’ve missed something.

Ion only locks you into nothing-but Focus during your Activation, and Supernatural Reflexes triggers before Activation. Seems legit.
Seems fine to me. Also looks like Vader could link a TL after it as well

Ionization's action restriction only applies to the Perform Action step of the Activation Phase. Any action done outside of that step is not bound by it.

He could use his ability to do it yes.
My first thought on this was complete 1e thinking. Of course Luke can't use Supernatural Reflexes, because an Ionized ship doesn't reveal a dial.
But that's not the Supernatural Reflexes trigger. Supernatural Reflexes is a "before you activate" trigger. I hadn't read the text completely or recently enough to remember that it doesn't work the same as a lot of other abilities. Contrast Advanced Sensors, which is an "after you reveal your dial" trigger. Advanced Sensors cannot be used when a ship is Ionized, because Ionized ships skip the reveal dial step of activation. There are probably a host of other triggers which won't happen when Ionized because they work on dial reveals.
Read the cards, @theBitterFig !
We had this last night. I ionized Sabine and next round dropped a proton bomb thinking she was stuck with 1 forward + focus. But just as @theBitterFig says, Sabine's trigger reads "before you activate" so she could boost first and get away. You learn something new every day ...
