They're very similar squads, but Arvel's -1 agilty helps the whole squad, and horton's double tap has constant mods with the abilty. Luke's sense helps Arvel block, and has a double mod torpedo. The Z is just filler.
The Norra list is similar, but with more defensive synergy.
