Good listen, subbed. You guys brought up an interesting discussion about the timing of Concussion Missiles. If you look at the rules reference, the aftermath phase only includes abilities that include the phrase "after you perform an attack" or "after you defend". So Rexler Brath's ability says "after you perform an attack that hits...", which puts in the aftermath step, but Concussion missiles says "after this attack hits..", which doesn't include the "after you perform an attack", so that would mean it triggers during the Neutralize Results step before the Deal Damage step.
