Two quick questions about Sabine crew:

When a bomb detonates and it affects multiple ships, she can be used in all of them (with different tokens as long as she has enough, obviously)?

Is the damage suffered by ships near an obstacle destroyed by a seismic bomb considered an effect for her ability?

"At the end of the Activation Phase, this device detonates.
When this device detonates, choose 1 obstacle at range 0–1. Each ship
at range 0–1 of the obstacle suffers 1 ? damage. Then remove that
obstacle." -seismic charge.

Yep it suffered damage from it, its not worded like "destroy the obstacle, then the obstacle does 1 damage". the charge still does the damage.
