So the new live-action Star Wars series by Jon Favreau has a name!

With this being set between the fall of the Galactic Empire and the rise of the First Order could this mean it's 'in scope' for Armada? Seeing as we already have Mandalorian gauntlet fighters I very much hope so... with any luck the series will show some new ships or 'canonise' ships we already know of.

Could we also potentially see some 'non-aligned' ships/squadrons that could be used by either factions? Perhaps in a new Rogues & Villains II pack?

A live-action TV-series about the travails (!) of a Mandalorian bounty hunter. For me it doesn't sound much like big ships clashing against each other in huge space battles.

The word Bounty Hunter is not mentioned once. Jango and Boba are not even mentioned as examples to this person, so it might not be about bounty hunting at all.

Initial thought: Sabine gets her own show? Maybe Ketsu?

Okay, the text says "a lone gunfighter" maybe he/she makes a living with life assurance policies?

Yes it is. Established in the Bloodline novel.

The picture looks more like a dude, which makes me confused.
I could have bet a Sabine show was their thing, her looking for Thrawn. Now I am not so sure. At least it looks nothing like Sabine.

Too restrictive to make it sabine. Her back story is pretty much already explained in rebs. They will want a cleaner slate.

They'll likely save a Sabine looks for Ezra thing for a plotline in Resistance. I'd rather have a new character, running around doing their own thing, in live action.

If the series intersects with Jakku so that we can get some more professionally rendered battle scenes with OT generation ships, I don't care what the rest of the show is about

This tread reminded me how frustrated i was with how they ended things in Rebels. Really felt like they botched that series finale in favor of setting up something for the resistance

As it is, not able to access Disney streaming I’ll have to choose which to invest money into hard copies of... and that will be the one I can more readily share with my Kiddo.

I hope this show and the Boba Fett movie give us a lot of ships and squadrons. In particular I hope the movie has Boba Fett become the new Mand'alor, and rebuilds the Mandalorian navy.

Yes I know Rebels established somebody else in that position, but I feel that audiences would like Fett in that position more.
