His card says that I should be able to equip "Dark Side" upgrades. Does this also allow Force upgrades like "Sense"? I cannot seem to find any "Dark side" upgrades in the conversion kits. Or do these simply not exist yet?

They don't exist yet, and even when they do, they don't add the Force slot, so you have to a: have a force slot on the ship he's on and b: not be able to equip Dark Side upgrades already, to make use of that part of his ability.
The likeliest scenario is that that part of his ability works only on Rebel pilots who already have Force slots, so Ezra and Kanan, basically.
