Jake is stressed. Ap5 coordinates a boost. Is Jake able to take the free focus action?

I don't think so because jake is "after" and ap-5 is while you coordinate. you coordinate the first action that then triggers jake to add the focus to the ability que but also finishes the coordinate. now jake goes to take his focus sees he is stressed and is not able to.

That was my assumption as well.

Especially given the Sai ruling, the action they take from your coordinate is the one that matters. Not any subsequent actions.

Not the same at all. The Jake question is essentially "can I take a second action while stressed because Ap5 let's me take the first action"

Sai lets you take a linked action if you can... Like any coordinate. But you could not get the focus off the linked action.

You now skip your action step only if the maneuver you executed was during the execute maneuver step.
Thats not an FAQ but pretty much a new rule appended in the rules reference.

What was the issue with this one? They defined it as a bonus attack in the last RRG released. Was there something else causing issues?

No issue per se, but the wording on the Han card implies the designers don't want you to attack form the same arc again, and it's only trickery that allows you another Ini-7 shot (Roark) whereby you can take that shot 1st, and ignore the Han restriction.
