They will be. T-70s accept standard astromechs- even T-85s do.

if I had to guess
Falcon Pilots
Rey - 95
Han Solo - 92
Chewbacca - 90
then .... Poe Dameron 68 (Fenn Rau Level)
The interesting point costs I believe will be attached to the Generic Resistance Bomber Pilot (If there is one) I think the starting baseline will be around 58 - 63 anything cheaper may end up broken. And at that point cost with upgrades it’d be difficult to run 3.
3/2/?/9/3 and the dial needs to be taken into consideration of course
Poe seems about right at about 68. T-70 is about as far ahead of a T-65 as a Fang is over a TIE Interceptor, so the Soontir Fel to Fenn Rau points ratio seems about right for the Wedge Antilles to Poe Dameron difference.
90 is way too high for a non-force Han or Chewie. They were 92 and 84 respectively in the Rebel Falcon, which has a white rotate action instead of red, and 2 extra shields. I'd guess they'd be about 10 points cheaper; 8 points is the cost of two shield upgrades, and 2 more for the rotate action difference. A 10 point reduction to the Rebel YT-1300 puts it at about the same cost as a VCX-100, so 95 seems fairly good of a guess for me. Kanan is Initiative 3, while Rey is Init 5, so having a points increase makes sense, even if I think a generic Resistance YT-1300 is likely to be cheaper than a generic VCX-100.
As to Poe strategies, his Init 6 is great for taking advantage of bullseye stuff, but recall: any normal T-70 can get full dice in the bullseye with S-Foils closed. Slap on Predator, do the linked Focus/Barrel Roll on the S-Foils, and chew through larger ship bases.
What Poe can do that normal T-70s can't do is Boost and Barrel Roll. He's someone with the repositioning potential of Soontir Fel, but on a 2 green, 7 HP body, as opposed to a 3 green, 3 HP body. More vulnerable to chip damage, less vulnerable to a single shot after a bad mistake. Since the dice reduction on the S-Foils only effect the primary weapon, toss on an Ion Cannon. It's still full dice, even if you can't get a bullseye. A 2-red-dice ship that closes S-Foils to barrel roll probably isn't going to do more than 1-damage anyhow most of the time, and if you can Ion someone, that will allow you to set up Range 1 Focus/TL shots with S-Foils Open again for full damage.

How does Poe do boost/barrel roll? Can he link actions from the side of the s-foils that isn't showing, or am I missing something obvious?

His ability to spend a recurring charge to do a second action and treat it as red plus the closed s-foils. Not exactly linked actions, but close enough for jazz.

Poe's ability is "After you perform an action, you may spend 1 (recurring) charge to perform a white action, treating it as red." So if he closes S-Foils, he can perform the boost on the T-70, and then the barrel roll on the Integrated S-Foils, or the other way around.

Ah forgot there was a boost built into the T-70. Was thinking the boost and barrel roll were only on the S-Foils card like the T-65.

Barrel Roll is on the T65 card.
In one turn, Poe could potentially (depending on if BB’s ability is the same): Barrel Roll, 3-turn, SLAM a T-Roll, and Afterburners a boost.
And if you don’t need the T-Roll and can keep the SLAM maneuver white, he could spend his pilot charge to link a Focus or TL to that last boost. (Or start with a straight maneuver, link the dice mods off of BB’s barrel roll, and you can still T-Roll and use Afterburners.)
Oh, and he still shoots if you don’t mind ionizing him. And can carry an ion canon if you wanna park right behind somebody, so that ship can’t take advantage of his ionization.
Fat Poe is gonna want a bid, but he’ll be **** fun to fly. You can nearly literally be anywhere you want to be.

Afterburners is one way you can go, but you can also go with Primed Thrusters.
He's going to be fun.

Primed Thrusters requires use of Poe’s pilot ability to make use of the boost after SLAMing, here. Not bad, but I’m just looking for the craziest/most repositioning he can do, and Afterburners leaves you the possibility to have a focus action still.
Also just realized BB let you do the Barrel roll before a green maneuver only, hm? So you could only add him in on the 3-straight anyways.
