Very fun and some great combos here!

I don't like the Vet Turret Gunner on Esege and I think getting some bombs in there and I'd recommend Selfless on Garven to mess with their target priority.

Would this be an improvement? Taking into account what you said?

3x Tac Scramblers might be overkill but get it on the table and see what happens :)

So, ever since the ruling has seen to be set that Garven has to roll an eye to use his ability, I stamped him with a nope. Aside, this list already seem to be flooded with focus tokens, haha.

Based on some theorycrafting at my LFGS, and willing to try out medium base formation flying, I thought of the following list. Disclaimer being - you bring debris to the table and fly over it like there's no tomorrow.

VetTailGun is awful and VetTurGun is awful on PWT ships. Benthic without AdSen is just underwhelming. Ditch Garven's gunner, give Esege Barrage Rockets, and give Benthic AdSen. Then it looks like a bloody hoot

Just wondering, how come the veteran gunners aren't coming off as a good choice? i thought being able to attack twice would be quite advantageous? Or is having rockets or bombs just generally better than having the 2 attacks?

VetTailGun is awful, and VetTurGun awful on PWT ships, because the odds of getting your opponent on totally opposite sides of your ship is very minimal. Its the same reason that, back in 1.0, barely anyone managed to pull off the TIE Spec Forces' double tap.

VetTurGun is great on ships like Y-Wings who can have their primary and turret weapons pointed out the same arc

Ok yeh I understand, so would this build be classed as strong would it put up a good fight? I’m not used to flying with just 3 ships.

Oh its a dope list. I just don't like the vet guns. My initial comment summarizes what I think would make it shine

I disagree. i started running Miranda with her turrets out the sides almost all game and I almost never can't get off 2 shots. Just aim right for the middle of their squad. way better having them to the side than forward and rear

Being able to get the double focuses even before a bump or red!

Quickdraw double tap won me soooo many games in 1e. It happens enough and can tilt the game in your favor in a big way. I would not discount it in 2e especially since ships are less evasive and it seems like lists with 4 plus ships are rampant.

QD didn't rely on front and back to double tap. I saw QD line up shots on both sides once

No, I was referring to front/ back shot with QD x2 or they didnt shoot me that round. It happened for me every tournament.

Is this list better than the first?

Do you use Miranda's pilot ability often?

Only flown it once last weekend and won against the dash & Roark list, had the opportunity to use it maybe twice but chose not to.
