I'm not really sold on the Kihraxz in 2.0. I think Talonbane is great, but I think they are a weaker scum version of an x-wing.
With that said, I would set up a 4 ship list with 4 cartel marauders, with cluster missiles and contraband cybernetics. That would be 50 points each, and could spit out a lot dice.
five cartel marauders is a beat stick that does well.
I think the generic kihraxz are decent ships to put two into a list. they work well in close range, with the 1 hard turns. otherwise they are a scum x-wing without the focus->boost.
Quadjumpers are the ****. probably undercosted.
I’ve had success with Boba + Jaku Gunrunner + friend.
I did the best when I didn’t try to get cute with the Quad. Just charge in there. The Quad will either do fun and mischievous things, or it will serve as a cheap damage sponge for your key pieces. Win win.
Do you put a proton bomb on the quads?
