Does Bullseye Arc Include Range 0?

By chico2323, in X-Wing Rules Questions

Example: Soontir Fel "bumps" (partially executes) a maneuever straight into an A-Wing.

Will Soontir Fel receive his focus token (from his own pilot ability) off the A-Wing so that he could use it on something else (such as defending against an attack from another ship).

I can't see why the bullseye arc would be treated different than any other firing arc, all of which include range 0.

All arcs go from the edge of the base, range 0, to the end of range 3. So yes, in this case Soontir would get his pilot ability granted Focus token to use on an attack against a ship he isn't at range 0 of (all current weapons have a range 1 minimum) or for his defense roll if attacked.
