Looks good. The only suggestion I have and it may be too difficult to add but we often wonder who went when during some phases. Could you store the information on when a PC swapped slots and the rounds so you could jump back if needed. Probably not needed too much within the combat but we often discuss afterwards and the we start wondering who went when

I think it would be possible to add a simple save/load state button. But it would be user operated and not automatic. I'll have a look into it, thanks for the suggestion!
This looks great, and its likely I will use for sure!
One thing the would take it to the "next level" would be to add some other handy info.
This would mean I would no longer need to track on paper and could just use this

- Ranged Defense
- Melee Defense
- Strain tracker
- Wounds tracker

Thanks. I did try to keep it simple. But it could definitely be expanded into a full combat tracker if there's a want for it. And if I could figure out a way to keep it looking nice.

It would mean only 4 more columns
I would add a box for modifier... For advantage and threat use. For example. Give a blue to the next PC. Then you check the box. That way if you have several npc;s before the next PC... you can recall the bonus.
