Based on FFG's other properties, the answer would seem to be yes. When the PDF will be released is another question, however. I believe the Realms of Terrinoth PDF was released at the same time as the physical release.

Ohhh hope that’s true. I will like to keep a physical copy of the Core, but the rest wouldn’t mind to have it as PDFs.

Yeah, Terrinoth PDF was released the same day. Genesys was delayed, but I can't remember for how long. I think maybe a week.

Yeah, Genesys PDF dropped about a week after the physical copy, so there might be a slight delay between when the dead-tree version of the L5R core hits shelves and when the PDF is available to order.
