The question is if ST321 is worth it. I sounds great on paper but I actually dont know if you can make good use out of it. I dont want target locks I cant use.

Sense on Vader has a nice synergy with the coordinate Action.

Do you have any experience in flying the Lambda with ST321? What do you think about the list in general?

My main worry is that you'll have difficulty keeping Vader and Fel inside coordinate range while also keeping them out of enemy arcs. I would swap the shuttle out for a punisher when trajectory, seismics and protons to force swarms to break formation, making it easier to keep guns off of Fel and Vader

I've tried 'Sai-T 321' out and I really like it - with two arcs the Lambda has shots far more often, and that combination can really make them count.

Soontir, though, really does not need the Shield Upgrade, and those points would be better spent upgrading Vader to have Supernatural Reflexes because it does wonders for his capabilities and allows him to actually use his red moves, as well as remove the need for the Sense+Coordinate combo (since he can respond to enemy ships at his own Initiative).

All of the above. Redline makes a great friend for Sai, they're both pretty slow ships. Sai coordinating a focus to redline means that Sai gets a focus as well, then gets to TL someone in range of Redline. Redline then gets his action to grab double target locks. That's 5 action results split between two ships for 2 actions and zero stress (6 if you chain redline's boost into TL and take a stress for it). Add seismics and Tragedy Stimulator onto redline and now he can help clear a nice flight path for Sai as well.
