concept is easy enough, use Jendon to give your torpedo boats a target lock round 1, then round 2 use said lock to shoot a volley of torps having either the TL or FCS to reroll and focus. 15 potential dice on target round 2 can be devistating.

concept is easy enough, use Jendon to give your torpedo boats a target lock round 1, then round 2 use said lock to shoot a volley of torps having either the TL or FCS to reroll and focus. 15 potential dice on target round 2 can be devistating.

I play a similar concept but prefer to bump those boats to Rho to deal with tie bomber spams and to use Barrage rockets instead of FCS+A. Slam, so the boat can still attack something other than locked target meaningfully. Also keep in mind that FCS on Jendon is useless as he does not have a native TL action anymore.

What he said about fcs on jendon, i use tractor beam, and try not to a slam too much, it makes you very predictable...also dont use jendon on turn 1 to tl...it will be a waste your target will just run away

Also os-1 you can only use fcs if you slam'd, use jendon to cordinate to a boat if they need an action after slam

Jendoning TL on turn 1 is perfectly viable. The key is to TL different squads and be prepared to use barrage rockets on boats that don't have TL on the target in range.

Ive flown this list a lot now(like 10 15 times)

You have to focus fire ships and delete them fast otherwise the gunboats will fade fast. With 7hp they can take a hit but if you dont get rid of a ship in round 1 of shooting problems will happen

Agreed. My usual tactic is to put 2 TL on high priority ship and 1 TL on a different ship as even 1 proton torpedo with 3 3 die focused attacks is a lot in 2.0 and can delete a ship.

Depends on the ship you deem as a priority... if the ships isn’t mobile or a jouster it is fine to load up all TLs on it. If it is an ace I still do all TLs on it but typically will try to SLAM with 1 boat and get a block on the ace so other 2 can light it up.
