That's a decent option. The creature themselves are still canon through Rebels, though their force-negating abilities have not been stated.

Force pilots come at such a premium that the player is usually taking one less ship or several fewer upgrades in order to pull it off. To me, that's already a counter from a design perspective. From a playing perspective, though, using numbers to isolate/focus fire down a Force ship seems to be the best route. Force tokens can only be used a few times per round and they only recover once per round so try to keep them in low supply until they're blown away.

I'm liking it a lot so far too. I am a bit concerned with them spamming it everywhere once the Clone Wars factions get spun up.

True statement. I like it on just a few of the top force pilots.

I like it so far. It's possible to wear Force users down to the point where they have a very limited resource very quickly, but that resource so far seems to have equivalent powers in how it's spent. I would say tractor beams make magnitudes less sense in this game (still) then the Force does so far. I do worry that over time as more Force users pilots are added, the game may become point balances around them as key figures in a list.

Force pilots and crew are already pretty expensive. The best counter is to just bring more guns with those points and burn them to the ground

Too expensive pretty much no Force pilots or upgrades are worth using at present.

Then you have not flown the generic inquisitor and I am sad for you.

It's currently my vote for best ship in the game.

They are Appropriately costed. We've already had a few games of free for all at 80 points each. I played Darth Vader and at equal cost in a ffa, he seemed weak for his cost. Don't get me wrong he was still fun but far from busted in any way.

People are down on sense, but Sense on an Inquisitor to spy for decloaking Phantoms is straight up good. It require thought to maximize (pick a move that can work for multiple decloak routes, 1 hard works wonders here), but when done well makes them excellent at getting exactly where you need them.

Pulling off a decloak block, only to K-turn behind your opponents ship? Mmm

I like sense with Cassian crew and because it is cheap and you don't have to spend a force.

Let’s face it you will get to fly Anakin and Obi Wan and nothing else or 1 Force User with a mini swarm of non Force Using ships. Pretty much exactly how the squadrons were made up in Clone Wars.

The Jedi Starfighter is probably a 3-2-4-1 statline with most of the pilots having between 1 and 2 Force. It will be interesting to see who they go for, I suspect it will be Anakin (I6, 2 maybe 3 Force), Obi wan (i3-4, 2 Force), Plo Koon (i5, 2 Force) and generic Jedi (i2-3, 1 Force). It would be cool if it was all named Jedi (like much much cooler), but I suspect writing and balancing so many abilities will be a stretch for the tiny FFG design team.

I really don’t think you will see 3 on the board at once without them being extremely stripped down.

I really don’t think I would worry too much about the Republic and the Force. It probably won’t be much different to the Empire, except the Empire have way more ace pilots that aren’t stuck with the Force tax.

Outmaneuvre Wedge and a 10 point bid is pretty hilarious against all comers.
