Can a carrier ship deploy a docked ship and dock another ship in the same system phase? I know it says that a docked ship cannot deploy and dock in the same round, but there’s seems to be no restrictions on how many times a carrier ship can dock and undock (though obviously limited to just 1 undocking and then 1 docking).
