Using Android Version 1.0.3. Right now when I choose a modification for a ship I do not see Engine Upgrade as an option. Not sure if this was reported yet.

seems to be working fine for me.

Just to be sure you know Engine Upgrade can only be put onto a ship with an existing red boost action right? as in any ship that doesn't have a red boost action cant equip Engine Upgrade so it wont give you the option to equip it.
