Would like to try and fly all three together, but not completely stripped down. Thoughts on an effective and efficient lists.

SR is just too strong to ignore for me.

Would run Whisper light to take it every day of the week and twice on Sunday's.

Here's a list a had flown a couple of times which was pretty solid

Whisper doesn't need more than Juke. Soontir is effective with Predator. Besides of that i used to play him with a shield upgrade which saved his life quite often.

Now Vader: I don't like supernatural reflexes on him because
1) He gets super expensive.
2) I don't want to pay 12 points for a card I can't fully use because of the missing boost.
3) He links focus into br. If he could link br into focus SR might be worth it.

You have a nice 9pt. bid in this list, too. My local group and I experienced that a decent bid is winning games in 2.0

Seriously, if you are taking Juke Whisper, then its kinda stupid not to put Juke on Fel...

Vader only needs FCS, because he's going to die first (since he dishes out the most damage, your opponent would be a fool not to try to take him out), so best to keep his cost down.

With Juke on both Whisper and Fel, you're sitting at 185 points. Personally, I'd stick either advanced sensors or shield upgrade on Whisper, since that's the next priority target. Advanced Sensors makes it easier to get around (or go through rocks) and also makes dealing with swarms easier, since you are bump immune. But an extra shield is nice too.

Soontir doesn't need anything else, since he's most likely to get ignored (which is perfect for you because it allows you to flank with him fairly easily).

Would you consider dropping Vader as a pilot, and have him as crew on Whisper instead?

This is the list I'm probably going take next weekend to my first store champs. Vader on Juke Whisper is hard to ignore if you have the points. You still get Supernatural Reflexes fun with the Inquisitor, and a 6 point bid.

Is sense on vader good, honestly I don't know which force upgrade to put on him.

Yes that is an option I’ve been considering. But I also would like to fly Vader more often. If I were to put Vader (crew) on Whisper then the list fundamentally would change and I’d be inclined to add Redline with AS & BR as the second ship with Whisper then adding an additional pilot.

@Quickdraw in the limited matches I’ve played with Darth Vader I like using Heighten Perception because of pilots like Wedge, Han Solo and Fenn. Using it allows for Vader if you lose bid still to use the I7 to to control when you to repositioning, engagements sequences etc.
