I have two rule questions
1.- Is Bistan applied with double turret as YT-2400 ?
2.- Do I need to use a second charge for second attack with cluster missiles ?

1) Yes. A double turret arc is effectively two single turret arcs that, by rule, always point in opposite directions.

2) Yes. The cluster bonus attack must comply with all the same requirements as the first attack, including cost and range/arc restrictions.
