Stand alone base turrets seem to suck.

Was doing a pair of solo mission playings to night, and man does it seem the turbolaser turrets, suck, at only having 2 attack dice. YES they can attack out to 4 range, but i don't think that really offsets the low attack die..

It's something from Heroes of the Aturi cluster. Each turbolaser tower has 2 attack die, no evade, 5 hull, no shields and a range of 2-4. BUT of three missions with the Rebels having one to shoot with, it hit, exactly ONCE for 1 measly damage...

This isn't a rules issue, or anything to do with the official game though...

Right. Since this forum is mainly for discussion of official game rules, @LTuser , you might have a hard time getting an answer here. In the future, it might be good to include [HotAC] in your subject line... that way, your question might be noticed by someone who can answer it more quickly... and so that those who don't play this unofficial variant can continue browsing without confusion.
