How are Scum players supposed to get the Moldy Crow title if it's only in the Rebel conversion kit? Same goes for Maul and 0-0-0 for Rebels and Empire respectively. Is FFG already going back on their "no need to buy outside of faction" promise?

I bought the ship for $20 with a Scum and Villainy symbol on it, then I bought the conversion kit for Scum and Villainy that has the pilot cards and the bases for the ship for $50, then I go to the squad builder online under Scum and Villainy and it allows me to upgrade the ship with the "Moldy Crow" title card but I don't have the card? Then I go to customer service and a rep tells me that it's locked for rebels only? So basically I would have to go buy the Rebels Conversion kit for $50 to get a card I should have already received and they're not willing to send me one. GRRRR.
