Whilst alive, Majority of ebons effort went into shading the play of LTD,Ovi and myself which could be telling he didn't want an early townblock forming.
He later shades Cal as a parting post.
Im gonna speculate Scum were pre warned of Ebons absence and he may have semi encouraged a bus, or it was decided the bus was viable before EOD, So the voting may have been heading ebons way by design anyway.

Gnips explanation is majorly underwhelming. Im gonna put it down to the fact he rolled Sk etc he wasn't paying attention when I gave a load of good Ebon tells away the last few games.
His input feels closed here.

I dunno how the timing would work or if Gengis would take all the medpacks but I think maybe we're just giving too much as granted.
I will retire to think about interactions.
should I clarify timing?

Please do.
Pretty please
Here now - just caught up.
LP is almost certainly town - without a mafia doctor on the list of possible roles, the likelihood of a WGG goes way down.
Gengis Jon looks good to me, as does Caldias, but I'm not willing to call then 100% town yet.
From where I stand, nobody is cleared based on votes.
First off, we have a possible scum role that doesn't know who the rest of the scum are. That immediately makes clearing someone based on votes suspect. At least one evil player could very well be in the exact same position as the rest of us, trying to solve the game.
But second, and more importantly, I don't see any vote in that train that couldn't have been scummy. First vote - perfect place for a scum to hide. How often do early votes turn into full on trains? So someone votes their teammate just to get distance between them after things go down and connections start coming to light.
Pod? That adversarial interaction could have been an act, expecting a first turn or early game lynch on him (iirc, it happens often), and planning to use that as misdirection after he went down. Was it a risk leaving his vote there? Sure, but a couple of us were taking about leaving them both alive, so we could easily have ended up with a split vote.
Anyways. That's my spiel for now. Still working through my suspicions. Sorry for not being on earlier.

So for timing, all effects are resolved at the same time (the time I have received all of them) the effects resolve in the following order
Roleblocker>standby>informative(I.e.scout/sergeant)>killer> protection (doctor)
The scout would see everything done during or after step 3
Timing is somewhat flexible due to what would make flavor sense to me
@Onidsen I think most of your analysis has merit, but I believe you may be confused on the scum role (I think) you’re referencing in your first section about a scum player being in the dark. If you’re referring to the deserter role, that’s actually a good guy trying join us. At least that’s my read, but someone correct me I’m wrong or something in another role description.
As far as Ebon is concerned, I see what you’re saying. It’s possible. I just think it’s unlikely given how advanced the train was at that point. I just don’t see a decision to sacrifice one of their own like that, esp one with a pretty cool role, so early in the game. But maybe.
That second graf is in reference to pod’s vote on Ebon in particular.
No, the deserter is scum and stays scum. He just needs the organized baddies to realize he’s an ally. Onidsen’s spot on.
So Town Gengis Rb's LP scum!gengis wouldn't?
No wait..theres another RB present so that wouldn'y decide it
The deserter is Scum, trying to help the bad guys
Actually, that means we shouldn't 100% clear LP either. Could potentially be a deserter, because the scum don't know who it is either.
Don't think it's likely, but it's dangerous to go clearing people when deserters could be out there.
I assume there's some sort of mechanism for the deserter to be recruited?

Ok, thanks guys, I got that completely backwards. Glad we got clarified!

Currently no, as I wasn't able to think of a good one before the game started, my best attempt was basically the deserter May chose a player to "reveal" his identity to and if that player was scum he could join the chat, but if it was town then the town guy would know the deserter is a baddie

That sounds reasonable
