I tried to build a suad using the Aggressor in combination with the Decimator. I came up with the following setup. Any feedback on how to improve this squad?

The TIE/AG (and Kestal in particular) was put to great use by me in 1.0 tourneys. I've tried to build lists with her too.

What I suggest, and this is just at the list building stage, but haven't played yet, is switch the gunner on her to Hotshot Gunner. The idea is that Kestal almost guarntees a hit, removing all blank and focus results, without tokens being spent, THEN removes a focus/calculate and then therd is still the ion. Juke is very hard to pull off on the agressor as you need to Focus with Kestal’s action to use her ability, unless the decimator is going to be doing the coordinate action.

As to the decimator.. I think Gonk isn't the best choice. You will get more traction from the reinforce than spending two actions to recover one shield.

Likewise, crackshot is not the best as it bullseye arc only, so it will be harder to get off with a less mobile ship.

Take a look at this; the decimator will be straight up combat, intimidation should you hit any enemies, Kestal will focus on hunting aces backed up with Kallus, and Seyn can send a hit under shields.
