Luke and his never ending force charges.

By Stoneface, in X-Wing Rules Questions

Played my first round of 2e and so far so good. Did have two questions.

1) Does Luke recover a force token every time he defends as well as the end of the round?

2) Where in the rules does it state that unless you complete a maneuver you can't remove a stress token? I could swear that I read something in a thread about it but unable to locate it now.

1. Yes. It's a lot like his 1e ability, where he can convert 1 eye to an evade each time he defends, only he's got more flexibility now.

2. It seems to be the opposite of that. "Even if a ship partially executes a maneuver, it is still treated as having executed a maneuver of the indicated speed, bearing, and difficulty." (Overlap, p.14) A blue will stay a blue, and remove a stress.

Ah, thanks! Pretty sure we were right on Luke. Now I understand the points difference between him and Wedge.

I'll have to re-read the Overlap section again.

Thanks for the quick response!
