The new palpatine card mentions nothing about "before rolling dice". Is there something i missed reading the rulebook or can his ability be used after rolling dice now? I have searched the forum and can not find this answer.

You will spend that force like a calculate changing one focus to a hit or evade. Gone are the days of changing a blank to a crit. That is how he is nerfed in this format.

The timing is like old Palp, you can see what you roll before decidong to change a focus result.

Yes, in a way he is really good now in this version of the game. Sure you can't change blank, but there is less dice mod now, so having this one, available on demand is really cool.
