We need a collection thread to keep trek of all the issues with the app.

This app is really bad. It works very slow on my smartphone, and only in online mode.
I am baffled how company like FFG could publish it in a current state.

Bad time management + necessity to release it together with the game

possibly add 3rd party dev and it is not that hard to see how.

I don't think anyone at FFG even tried using it before launch.
