Am i right in thinking that Hera's pilot ability only triggers on the reveal and not the resulting difficulty if its modified with Navigator? Back in 1.0 the order was whichever you chose, but in 2.0 the wording seems to indicate that Hera needs to make her choice first.
I only ask as someone argued that Navigator increases the difficulty of the move you move to so if you chose white, it is now red and you can Hera to any other Red move.
