“Elusive” upgrade and scum Escape Craft won’t show

Second Edition list builder won’t display Elusive or Escape Craft at all

I can get the escape craft, but Elusive, Predator, and Outmaneuver don't come up.

I have the same problem: no Elusive, Predator, or Outmaneuver when trying to use the 2.0 squadbuilder....they show up on extended, but so does everything else, including lots of things I don't have physical cards for.
