Where are the rules for what devices actually do? The upgrade cards (ex: Proton Bombs) tell you when and how to deploy them, but not what they do.

In the rules reference (I think?) and in the paper enclosures for the conversion kits. Which I now remember I've thrown out lol.

I've looked at all the entries I can think of in the RR and can't seem to find anything. And I've thrown out my own conversion kit contents. Ugh.

Then just the conversion kits. But there's scans online.

Aaaaaand I just found it. RR page 20 has all the affects.

You would think that there would be an reference under "Device" to "see page 20".

Or single entries in the RR for each bomb type.

Or the effects listed on the actual upgrade cards ?

I have half a mind to print some stickers to put on bomb tokens that says the bomb/mine effects RIGHT ON THE DANG TOKEN.

.... yeah, that is something that really should be on the card FFG!
