I know that it was possible in 1.0 but I’m not sure about 2.0

No. Tail Gun only applies to primary attacks, Torpedoes are not a primary attack.

The dawn of 2e is one of the few times I'll say "read the cards." There is nothing in the 2e versions of the Ghost which indicate that it could fire Torpedoes in the rear arc.
