Tilted TIE fighters tilt me! ?

I've read that if you put the model in the freezer, the glue will become very brittle and it should be able to be removed with a little gentle wiggling. I've only tried this once with a b-wing and didn't realize how the peg was fitted in there and tried twisting it which did not end well.

At least it is consistent.. same here I have a ton of TIE fighters

I ordered 2 core sets and 1 of each expansion. All 4 core set Tie Fighters are considerably tilted forward. At first I thought it was a change in design (as my 1st edition didn't tilt) but the expansion Tie Fighter is perfectly straight.

The panels are all fine, the issue is a crooked peg connector for all 4 of them. I'm very disappointed in this. I'll send a replacement request to FFG but a 4 out of 4 score for mishapen models is poor quality control.
